INSECTA Coating for Effective Sewer Roach Control

Keeping Your Manholes Roach-Free with a Patented Solution

At Arizona Coating & Exterminating LLC, we specialize in INSECTA applications for sanitary sewer systems, using a safe and efficient patented product that combines an insecticide and latex coating to eliminate sewer roach infestations. INSECTA Latex Coating is designed to provide long-lasting, high-performance protection against cockroach populations in wastewater infrastructure, making manholes cleaner, safer, and easier to inspect.

We provide all labor, material, and supplies necessary for INSECTA applications, ensuring a seamless and professional service that meets regulatory standards.

WHY CHOOSE INSECTA?

Industry-Leading 2-Year Guarantee

• INSECTA applications are backed by a full 2-year guarantee from the date of treatment.

• If more than 25 roaches are found in a manhole during this period, we will re-inspect within 7 days. If the issue persists, the manhole will be re-treated within 14 calendar days at no additional cost.

Superior & Long-Lasting Protection

• INSECTA will not rub off or wash away – roaches must break the polymer chain to release the insecticide.

• Kills roaches for up to 2 years, providing extended protection for sanitary sewer systems.

• The latex-based coating adheres to manhole walls, offering a washable, brightened surface that enhances inspection visibility.

Safe & Environmentally Conscious

• Once dried, INSECTA remains on the sewer manhole walls, ensuring safety for workers and the surrounding environment.

• Its low-impact formula minimizes exposure risks for city employees and the public.
